Solaire Resort is seeking a Sr. Manager of Advanced Analytics & AI (Expat) in National Capital Region (Manila) to lead a high-impact analytics function for Gaming Optimization.

The role focuses on strategic analytics leadership, forecasting, and development of AI-enabled decision-support tools. Responsibilities include creating centralized BI, dashboards, and KPI frameworks while driving automation and data-driven insights across the organization.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years’ experience in analytics, BI, or data science.
• 3+ years’ leadership experience managing analytics teams.
• Expertise in slots, table games operations, and related optimization methodologies.
• Proficiency with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau), SQL and Python.
• Demonstrated ability to translate analytical insights into measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of the Analytics and AI roadmap for Gaming Optimization.

Job Description

Strategic Leadership

• Lead execution of the Gaming Optimization analytics and AI roadmap in support of departmental objectives.
• Establish the standards and operating procedures for the Gaming Optimization Insights & Analytics function.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify analytical opportunities and business requirements.
• Support the VP Gaming Optimization through analytical insights and recommendations.

Revenue Optimization & Performance Insights

• Identify actionable insights from available game performance and player data.
• Provide analytical support for revenue optimization initiatives.
• Support floor mix evaluations, utilization analysis, and new and existing product performance assessments.
• Measure and monitor the impact of optimization initiatives.

Data Analytics and Business Intelligence

• Lead centralized reporting, business intelligence, forecasting, and analytics activities.
• Develop executive dashboards, KPI frameworks, and performance scorecards.
• Reduce manual reporting through automation, and where appropriate self-service reporting capabilities.

Advanced Analytics and Artificial Intelligence

• Develop predictive analytics, forecasting models, and decision-support tools that optimize business decisionmaking for both revenue growth and cost management strategies.
• Lead AI pilot initiatives supporting Gaming Optimization objectives.
• Evaluate and deploy advanced analytics methodologies and technologies.

Technology and Innovation

• Provide subject matter expertise and support for implementation of analytics, reporting, and AI solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum 6-8 years’ experience in analytics, business intelligence, advanced analytics, data science, or relateddisciplines.
  
• 3+ years’ leadership experience managing analytics or business intelligence teams.
  
• Expertise in slots, table games operations, and related optimization methodologies.
  
• Demonstrated experience translating analytical insights into measurable business outcomes.
  
• Proficiency with business intelligence tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, SQL and Python).
  
• Familiarity with Casino Management Systems and gaming data structures (ACSC preferred).
  
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with diverse operational and executive teams.
