Job summary

Ajinomoto Philippines Corporation is seeking a Food Service Specialist at our Head Office in Makati. You will plan and execute Food Service sales activities for Dealers and HoReCa customers, coordinate events, trainings, and promotions, and maintain schedules.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and proven food service sales experience, distributor handling, strong MS Office skills, and excellent communication. You’ll work in a hybrid setup with growth opportunities across Ajinomoto brands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any 4-year course.
• Proven sales experience in the food service industry.
• Distributor handling experience.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Culinary background is a strong advantage.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Experience in people/customer engagement preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute Food Service sales activities for dealers and HoReCa customers.
• Manage and maintain a schedule for Food Service activities, ensuring timely execution.
• Support communication between Food Service Manager and internal/external partners about activities or sales concerns.
• Assist in implementing other sales initiatives by Food Service.
• Collect and analyze data such as surveys, market trends, and competitor activities to plan sales strategies.

Work Setup: Hybrid (4 days onsite, 1 day WFH; no weekends)
Work Schedule: Semi-flexible

Job Summary

• Plan, coordinate and execute Food Service sales activities such as events, meetings, sales promotions and training sessions for Dealers and HoReCa customers.

• Manage and maintain a schedule for Food Service activities, with a focus on ensuring the smooth and timely execution.

• Support communication efforts between Food Service Manager and internal (sales teams) as well as external (dealers/customers) partners about activities or sales related concerns.

• Assist in the implementation of others sales generation initiatives by Food Service.

• Collect and analyze relevant data including but not limited to survey, market trends, and competitor’s activities to help plan out sales strategies.

Minimum requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree Holder (any 4-year course).

• Proven experience in sales within the food service industry.

• With distributor handling experience

• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

• Culinary background or knowledge is a strong advantage.

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Experience in people/customer engagement is preferred
