Job summary

Concentrix in the Philippines seeks a Specialist, Controls & Compliance to strengthen our risk management program. You will conduct audits, lead investigations, support fraud prevention, and present findings to senior leadership.

This full-time role based in Quezon City requires timely training, regular 1:1 updates with your manager, and collaboration with IT and security teams as we protect clients and the business.

Responsibilities

• Conduct recurring compliance audits to identify risks, control gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
• Leading investigations and resolution of client escalations and compliance-related concerns.
• Supporting fraud prevention, security monitoring, and incident response activities.
• Preparing and presenting audit, compliance, and risk reports to leadership and key stakeholders.
• Complete all assigned, mandatory training within the timeframe provided
• Conduct and/or participate in regularly scheduled 1:1 meetings with direct manager and/or direct reports
