Job summary

Concentrix Philippines seeks a Specialist, Controls & Compliance to strengthen IT and security operations. You will conduct recurring compliance audits, lead investigations, and address client escalations while supporting fraud prevention and security monitoring.

Scope Of Role

The role will be accountable/responsible for:

• Conducting recurring compliance audits to identify risks, control gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
• Leading investigations and resolution of client escalations and compliance‑related concerns.
• Supporting fraud prevention, security monitoring, and incident response activities.
• Preparing and presenting audit, compliance, and risk reports to leadership and key stakeholders.
• Complete all assigned, mandatory training within the timeframe provided
• Conduct and/or participate in regularly scheduled 1:1 meetings with direct manager and/or direct reports
