Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Spanish HR Service Delivery Analyst to provide end-to-end training administration support for Spanish-speaking employees and stakeholders. The role is Hybrid and based in Taguig, Philippines, requiring the right to live and work in the country.

The analyst will manage course enrollments, session scheduling, and learning record maintenance, while ensuring data integrity across LMS and HR systems and delivering high-quality customer service in Spanish and English.

Qualifications

• Standard Spanish language profile; Spanish skill only.
• 0–2 years work experience.
• Experience in Training Administration, HR Operations, Learning Administration, or Shared Services is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with LMS and HR systems.

Responsibilities

• Administer end-to-end training activities for Spanish-speaking populations.
• Process training requests in LMS and HR systems ensuring data integrity.
• Manage training records, certificates, and reports per audit and privacy requirements.
• Support LMS data activities: uploads, corrections, reconciliations, reporting.
