Job summary

PLDT is seeking a senior Internal Audit professional to provide independent assurance and advisory services across Finance and corporate support units. The role focuses on strengthening risk management, controls and governance, with emphasis on SOX 404 readiness.

You will lead audit engagements, drive automated tools, and design training on COSO 2013 and related standards, while coordinating with Finance and cross-functional leaders to sustain an effective control environment.

Qualifications

• 9–10 years of auditing experience, with ≥4 years in a managerial role.
• CPA or CIA certification or related credentials.
• Experience in Finance, Governance, Risk Management and Compliance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide independent assurance and consulting to improve risk management, controls and governance processes across PLDT Group.
• Lead audit engagements in Finance and corporate support units including Governance, Risk Management and Compliance.
• Drive SOX 404 readiness and implement automated SOX tools.
• Develop and deliver training on SOX 404, COSO 2013 and related standards.
• Collaborate with Finance, Controllership and cross-functional leaders on audits and advisory engagements.
• Manage, plan, budget and structure the Financial and Corporate Support Audit Center.
