Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior EY_SOX Consultant in the Philippines to lead SOX engagements within the Internal Audit and Enterprise Risk practice. You will manage projects, conduct walkthroughs, and develop process controls while mentoring junior staff.

Travel to client sites is expected as required by engagements. The role emphasizes leveraging technology and analytics, building client relationships, and delivering high-quality risk advisory services across industries.

Qualifications

• 3 years Big 4 or professional firm or professional industry experience in risks & controls, with majority of experience in SOX / internal controls.
• Degree in Business, Accounting or similar.

Responsibilities

• Deliver SOX engagements for multiple processes across client(s).
• Conduct walkthroughs and discuss processes with clients.
• Prepare process flows, narratives and risk & control matrices.
