Job summary

NiCE is seeking an experienced SOW Writer / Proposal Writer to join the Americas SOW Writers Team. You will facilitate NICE Professional Services SOW creation, ensure accuracy, and obtain approvals for non-standard offerings. You will track SOWs in Salesforce.com and generate metrics on SLA adherence.

You will lead negotiations with customers, liaise with Legal and Finance, and drive best practices for commercial delivery. A BS degree is required and 5+ years of relevant experience is expected.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Communications, Technical Writing, Journalism or related field.
• 5+ years of account and customer service experience.
• Experience in client-facing negotiations preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and data reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop SOWs ensuring deliverables and commercial terms are clear.
• Lead customer-facing SOW negotiations with stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Legal, Finance and other teams on SOW standards.
• Maintain SOW tracking in Salesforce.com and generate SLA reports.
• Participate in process improvements to scale SOW workloads.
