Qualifications

• 7+ years of account and relationship management experience.
• Proven track record of managing distributor networks.
• Strong sales acumen and ability to drive growth.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in data analysis and performance reporting.
• Knowledge of the Philippine beverage market and distribution channels.
• Willingness to travel regularly; valid driver's license.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; Mindanao assignment.
• Experience with FMCG sector is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the performance of assigned distributors to meet sales targets and KPIs.
• Develop and implement distributor strategies for market penetration and brand visibility.
• Conduct regular field visits to monitor distributor operations and compliance.
• Provide training and coaching on product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Build strong relationships with distributors and resolve conflicts.
• Analyze market trends and distributor data to identify growth opportunities.
• Coordinate promotional activities and product launches with partners.
• Prepare reports on distributor performance and market conditions.
• Negotiate distributor agreements ensuring policy compliance.
• Identify and recruit new distributors in untapped markets.
