Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Sous Chef or senior culinary role.

• Culinary degree or equivalent.
• Excellent cooking techniques, food safety, and sanitation.
• Leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Experience with inventory management and cost control.

Responsibilities
