Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as Sous Chef, Junior Sous Chef, or Senior Line Cook.
• Experience in a casual dining setting such as a cafe, bistro, or hotel.
• Experience with Western, Filipino, comfort food, or all-day breakfast is a plus.
• Strong skills in food preparation, cooking, plating, and portion control.
• Experience leading and supervising kitchen staff.
• Solid knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and kitchen standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and teamwork.
• Willing to work shifting schedules, weekends and holidays.
• Willing to work in White Plains, Quezon City.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations.
• Supervise and guide kitchen staff during food preparation and service.
• Ensure food quality, taste, presentation, and portion consistency.
• Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and standards.
• Monitor kitchen workflow and ensure timely food service.
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness in the kitchen.
• Monitor ingredients, inventory, and proper food storage.
• Assist with menu improvements and development of new dishes.
• Train and support kitchen team members.
• Coordinate with front-of-house for smooth service.
• Take charge of kitchen operations when Head Chef is unavailable.
