Job summary

Aman Group is seeking a Sous Chef to join our remote Philippines team. The role involves planning and directing daily kitchen prep and service, expediting orders, and supporting the Head Chef with menu development while maintaining high food quality standards.

You will help ensure production meets labeling and temperature controls, contribute to cost targets, and mentor junior chefs. This is a full-time remote opportunity based in the Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with labeling and temperature control guidelines.
