Job summary

JLL in the Philippines is seeking a Sourcing Support Specialist to provide analytical, administrative, and coordination support for strategic sourcing. The role handles RFx execution, vendor data analysis, and market research to boost efficiency and support onshore decision-makers.

The position emphasizes governance, documentation, and collaboration with global teams. Offshore and remote work arrangements may apply, with an onshore S&P team requiring timely updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a business-related field.
• Strong Excel and data-analysis capabilities are essential.
• Experience with procurement platforms is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end RFx processes using Jaggaer templates (RFI, RFQ, RFP).
• Conduct market research and compile vendor data for non-strategic sourcing.
• Maintain vendor master data across platforms and run prequalification checks.
• Prepare sourcing documentation, trackers, and weekly/monthly activity reports.
• Identify process improvements and participate in platform optimization.
• Collaborate with onshore teams and provide clear stakeholder communications.
