Responsibilities

• Apply Boolean search techniques and advanced sourcing strategies to uncover passive talent.
• Build and maintain talent pools for critical and recurring roles.
• Initiate contact with potential candidates and build relationships through personalized outreach.
• Promote the employer brand and value proposition during candidate interactions.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sourcing Specialist - TA, located in Taguig. The Sourcing Specialist will be responsible for identifying and attracting potential candidates through various channels, conducting initial screening and interviews, maintaining a candidate database, and supporting the recruitment team in achieving hiring goals. Daily tasks include networking, creating job postings, coordinating with hiring managers, and participating in career events. The role requires excellent communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:
