Overview

Responsible for supporting the end-to-end recruitment process and ensuring hiring targets are met across multiple accounts. This role covers sourcing, selection, and onboarding activities, while also assisting HR Officers on special projects. The position requires strong stakeholder management, mentoring of associates, and adherence to established recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities

Sourcing

• Execute sourcing activities such as call-outs, job fairs, and events to meet hiring targets.
• Represent the company in internal and external recruitment initiatives.
• Support various sourcing channels and projects assigned by TA leadership.
• Coordinate with HR and Operations to align on profiles and requirements.
• Maintain databases and trackers to monitor performance and effectiveness of sourcing channels.

Selection

• Conduct recruitment activities including paper/phone screens, interviews, and orientations.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment processes while identifying process improvements.
• Monitor industry movements and research market trends.
• Provide hiring updates, applicant feedback, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Input data into recruitment systems and generate reports for tracking and analysis.
• Participate in final HR interview stages as needed.

Onboarding

• Prepare employment contracts and maintain complete candidate documentation.
• Monitor hiring requirements and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth onboarding.
• Assist with document verification and authenticity checks.
• Manage accurate data entry for candidate information in HR systems.
• Support efficiency and accuracy in all onboarding and data management tasks.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–3 years’ experience in recruitment, sourcing, or headhunting (BPO/ITO experience preferred).
• General knowledge of recruitment practices, HR principles, and industry manpower demands.
• Strong interviewing and assessment skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with fluency in English.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and multitasking abilities.
• High attention to detail, discretion, and confidentiality.
• Ability to mentor and train associates.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing schedules and requirements.
