Qualifications

• Proven experience sourcing both volume and niche roles.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Build qualified talent pipelines for volume hiring and niche roles.
• Engage and nurture passive candidates through personalized messaging.
• Conduct initial sourcing screens to verify qualifications and job fit.
