Job summary

Satellite Office in the Philippines is seeking a Talent Sourcer who thrives on creative candidate search and building robust pipelines. You will screen and connect with candidates who fit beyond keywords, and collaborate daily with a Recruitment Business Partner to drive wins.

Based in Metro Manila, you will be onsite in Ortigas three days a week, sourcing for Volume, Corporate, and Technology roles across BPO, RPO, and agency partners.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of direct sourcing experience.
• Proficient in Boolean and X-ray search techniques.
• Skilled in talent mapping and talent pool building.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Familiar with ATS and data hygiene.
• Able to work onsite in Ortigas with a partner mindset.

Responsibilities

• Source beyond obvious channels and build a pipeline.
• Create a trusted pipeline with a fit, not just keywords.
• Collaborate daily with Recruitment Business Partner.
• Maintain clean data and real-time updates in the ATS.
• Grow a proactive talent pool for tough roles.

What You'll Own

• You want to go beyond the obvious channels — and whatever creative approach it takes to reach the candidate everyone else missed.
• Build a pipeline people trust screen and connect with candidates who are a genuine fit, not just a keyword match.
• Team up daily with your paired Recruitment Business Partner — your briefing, your feedback loop, your shared win when a candidate lands.
• Keep your pipeline sharp — clean data, real-time updates, zero guesswork for anyone who picks it up after you.
• Grow a talent pool that becomes the sector's secret weapon — the first place anyone looks when a tough role drops.
• Level up: take on the niche, high-stakes requisitions, shape sourcing strategy, and become the person newer Talent Sourcers come to for a better technique.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• You've sourced or recruited before — BPO, RPO, agency, or in-house, you know how to build a pipeline from scratch with a minimum of 3+ years of directly related experience.
• You get a real kick out of finding the person nobody else could find. Boolean strings, X-ray search, talent mapping, social and community sourcing — if it's a smarter way in, you've probably already tried it.
• You're endlessly curious about your sector. You want to know why a candidate is great, not just check a box that says they might be.
• You take pride in a clean, well-run pipeline — an ATS is a craft tool to you, not just admin.
• You communicate with clarity and confidence, in writing and out loud.
• You want a genuine partner in the work, not a solo grind — you'll thrive paired closely with a Recruitment Business Partner.
• You're based in the Metro Manila and ready to work onsite in Ortigas (3 days a week)
