Job summary

Satellite Office in Manila is seeking a Global Client Services Director to own client retention, satisfaction and organic growth across our offshore teams. This is a senior leadership role reporting to the Chief Operating Officer.

You will lead a high-performing client services team, drive a client-first culture, and partner with senior leadership on engagement, capability building and commercial strategy to deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Extensive senior leadership experience in BPO, offshore staffing or MSP.
• Proven track record managing client relationships at strategic/operational level.
• Strong performance management and data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Commercially minded, hands-on leadership style with ownership.
• Experience leading a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and build a high-performing Client Services team.
• Manage strategic client relationships end-to-end—QBRs, escalations, reporting and growth planning.
• Drive operational efficiency and client-first culture at the Manila site.
• Build and present data-driven reporting frameworks for stakeholders.
• Identify organic growth opportunities with existing clients.
• Partner with senior leadership on engagement and commercial strategy.
