This role is designed as a pathway to a full-time Recruiter position, giving you the opportunity to demonstrate sourcing expertise, communication skills, and candidate delivery during the initial 4 weeks.

Position Details

• Position Type: Independent Contractor (Part-Time or Full-Time)
• Location: Remote
• Duration: Initial 4-week engagement with potential transition to Full-Time Recruiter role based on performance

Key Responsibilities

• Source, identify, and engage candidates using Bullhorn CRM and ZoomInfo.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines across job boards and sourcing channels.
• Conduct initial candidate outreach and pre-screening to ensure alignment with client requirements.
• Collaborate with recruiters and account managers to refine sourcing strategies.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and activity tracking in Bullhorn.
• Provide weekly updates on sourcing progress, challenges, and market insights.

Qualifications

• Proven background in candidate sourcing or recruitment support.
