Job summary

Hudson Talent Solutions is seeking a Sourcing Specialist to join a high performing Talent Acquisition team in the Financial Services sector. You will partner with key stakeholders to design and execute sourcing and recruitment strategies.

You’ll leverage Boolean search and a multi-channel approach to identify and engage top talent, manage senior stakeholders, and build strong candidate experiences and pipelines for future needs.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting in fast-paced environments with high volume of candidates.
• Experience recruiting in an RPO or internal setup.
• Expert level skills in active and passive candidate sourcing across multiple channels.
• Ability to drive own network and source candidates with out-of-the-box approaches.
• Experience managing senior stakeholders with excellent communication and presentation skills.

Sourcing Specialist

Join a high performing and best-in-class Talent Acquisition team as a Sourcing Specialist and help us drive sourcing initiatives in the Financial Services sector. In this role, you’ll get the opportunity to partner with key stakeholders and create and execute sourcing and recruitment strategies together.

What you’ll do:

• Leverage your skills in Boolean search, network and digital channels to help us find the best talent
• Managing multiple stakeholders and partner closely with hiring managers to deliver a best-in-class recruitment process
• Provide guidance and counsel beyond the recruitment process, advising on market insights & mapping, trends, and competitor movements
• Develop impeccable candidate experiences and drive brand engagement
• Build, nurture and grow your strategic talent pools

You’ll be someone who can bring:

• Experience recruiting in more fast paced environments and delivering high volume of candidates
• Experience recruiting in an RPO or Internal set up
• Expert level skills in active and passive candidate sourcing, utilizing multiple sourcing channels and approaches.
• Ability to drive own network and source candidate in an out of the box approach not limited to recruiting platforms
• Experience managing senior stakeholders with excellent communication and presentation skills
