Job summary

Hudson Talent Solutions in the Philippines is seeking a Recruiter to drive end-to-end recruitment for a Financial Services client. This hybrid role requires collaboration with stakeholders and leaders to build strategic relationships and deliver a best-in-class candidate experience.

You will use strategic sourcing methods, develop strong talent pools, and guide on market insights, trends, and competitor movements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, volume recruitment, talent mapping and talent pooling.
• Experience recruiting in the Financial Services sector in the Philippines.
• Expert level skills in active and passive candidate sourcing across multiple channels.
• Experience managing senior stakeholders with excellent communication and presentation skills.

Join a high performing and best-in-class Talent Acquisition team as Recruiter and help us drive end-to-end recruitment for one of our clients in the Financial Services sector. This role will give you the chance to work with a range of stakeholders and build strategic relationships with business counterparts and leaders.

You will play a pivotal role in providing expertise on end-to-end recruiting, partnering with your colleagues, and hiring managers to promote and educate others around the use of strategic sourcing methods and provide great candidate experience. This is a Hybrid work set up, 3x week onsite schedule.

What you’ll do:

• Deliver across the entire end to end recruitment lifecycle.
• Managing multiple stakeholders and partner closely with hiring managers to deliver a best-in-class recruitment process
• Provide guidance and counsel beyond the recruitment process, advising on market insights, trends, and competitor movements
• Develop impeccable candidate experiences and drive brand engagement
• Build, nurture and grow your strategic talent pools

You’ll be someone who can bring:

• Proven years of experience working in end-to-end recruitment, volume recruitment, talent mapping and talent pooling. Gained from either an RPO, internal, or executive search firm
• Experience recruiting in the Financial Services in the Philippines
• Expert level skills in active and passive candidate sourcing, utilizing multiple sourcing channels and approaches
• Experience managing senior stakeholders with excellent communication and presentation skills
