Job summary

Hudson Talent Solutions is seeking a Senior Recruiter to join a high-performing Talent Acquisition team supporting a client in the Manufacturing sector. You will manage end-to-end recruitment, partner with hiring managers, and promote strategic sourcing while ensuring an excellent candidate experience.

The role requires experience in volume recruitment, talent mapping and building strong stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• Proven years of experience working in end-to-end recruitment, volume recruitment, talent mapping and talent pooling from an RPO, internal, or executive search firm.
• Experience recruiting in the manufacturing sector OR recruiting for Commercial roles locally in the Philippines.
• Expert level skills in active and passive candidate sourcing using multiple channels and approaches.
• Experience managing senior stakeholders with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Deliver across the entire end-to-end recruitment lifecycle; background in Commercial roles in the Philippines (Sales/Marketing).

Senior Recruiter

Join a high performing and best‑in‑class Talent Acquisition team as a Senior Recruiter and help us drive end to end recruitment for one of our clients in the Manufacturing sector. This role will give you the chance to work with a range of stakeholders and build strategic relationships with business counterparts and leaders.

You will play a pivotal role in providing expertise on end-to-end recruiting, partnering with your colleagues, and hiring managers to promote and educate others around the use of strategic sourcing methods and provide great candidate experience.

What you’ll do:

• Deliver across the entire end to end recruitment lifecycle. Preferred to have background in Commercial roles in the Philippines; Sales/Marketing
• Managing multiple stakeholders and partner closely with hiring managers to deliver a best-in-class recruitment process
• Provide guidance and counsel beyond the recruitment process, advising on market insights, trends, and competitor movements
• Develop impeccable candidate experiences and drive brand engagement
• Build, nurture and grow your strategic talent pools

You’ll be someone who can bring:

• Experience with recruiting Commercial roles in

• Proven years of experience working in end-to-end recruitment, volume recruitment, talent mapping and talent pooling. Gained from either an RPO, internal, or executive search firm
• Experience recruiting in the manufacturing sector OR recruiting for Commercial roles locally
