Job summary

Shopee Philippines is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Bulacan to oversee sorting center operations (inbound, sorting, outbound) and lead the team to achieve KPIs. You will create shift schedules, monitor tasks and attendance, and ensure deliveries are received, checked, and endorsed on time.

The role requires a BS in Industrial Engineering, 2–5 years in ecommerce/logistics/warehousing, supervisory experience with direct and agency staff, and proficiency in MS Office and Google Apps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering is required.
• 2–5 years of experience in E-commerce, Logistics and Warehousing.
• Supervisory experience for direct and agency employees.
• Keen with details and background in process improvement.
• Knowledgeable with MS Office and Google Applications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee sorting center processes (inbound, sorting, outbound) and team to achieve KPI/targets.
• Create schedules and monitor tasks; manage performance and attendance.
• Ensure deliveries are received, checked, processed and endorsed to the next process within timelines.
• Notify departments when non-conformance or shortages/overages are found.
• Ensure transfers are processed upon arrival into the warehouse.
• Provide reports to Functional Lead/SOC Lead for internal reporting.
