Job summary

2GO Group is seeking a Solution Delivery Manager to lead the design, development, and ongoing enhancement of Freight and Ship Management applications. You will oversee architecture, development, testing, deployment, and application support, ensuring systems remain scalable, secure, and aligned with business needs.

You will combine hands-on technical leadership with team management, mentoring developers, and driving quality across the delivery lifecycle.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is required.
5–8 years of experience managing, configuring, supporting, and enhancing Freight/Transport/Container systems or related enterprise apps.
Experience translating logistics/supply chain needs into functional designs.

Responsibilities

Lead design, development, deployment, and support of Freight and Ship Management applications across the full SDLC.
Design scalable, secure, maintainable code aligned with architecture and standards.
Mentor developers through reviews, shadow programming, and learning sessions.
Maintain and optimize existing applications for performance, reliability, and scalability.
Lead unit/integration testing, debugging, and test automation.
