Job summary
Onward Worldwide Management & Consultancy seeks a Development Manager – Service Delivery to lead global software development and application support. You will oversee SDLC, Agile/DevOps practices, and ensure delivery excellence across clients, regions, and time zones while maintaining SLAs and security standards.
You will collaborate with clients, project managers, architects, QA, DevOps, and vendors to drive incident management, continuous improvement, and governance through ITIL-aligned
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years in Software Development, Application Support, or IT Service Delivery.
- 5+ years in a leadership or management role.
- Experience leading global or regional delivery teams.
- Experience with enterprise applications across multiple industries.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of application development, maintenance, and production support for global clients.
- Ensure SLAs, OLAs, and KPIs are met and monitor service performance.
- Manage incidents, escalations, problem management, and RCA activities.
- Drive continuous service improvement using ITIL and governance cadence.
- Promote automation, CI/CD, and DevSecOps to improve delivery efficiency.
