Job summary

Private Advertiser seeks a strategic leader to drive the development of innovative IT service offerings and managed services in the Metro Manila region. You will head the Solutions Consulting and Presales team, shaping customer-centered IT solutions and guiding RFP/RFQ responses with strong governance on design and costing.

In this role, you will collaborate with Sales on technical presentations and workshops, ensure portfolio readiness for delivery, and continuously push for service

Responsibilities

• Lead innovation and development of new IT service offerings and managed services.
• Identify emerging technologies, market trends, and business opportunities.
• Develop service roadmaps, business cases, and go-to-market strategies.
• Lead the Solutions Consulting and Presales team in designing customer-centric IT solutions.
• Review RFPs, RFQs, and customer requirements; develop solution architectures, BOMs, and technical proposals.
• Provide governance for solution design, costing, and proposal quality.
• Support Sales in technical presentations, customer workshops, and strategic engagements.
• Manage the IT Services Portfolio and ensure service readiness for operational delivery.
• Drive continuous service improvement and innovation initiatives.
