Job summary

Ming Yang Smart Energy is seeking a solutions professional in the Philippines to prepare system solutions and clearly communicate customer needs to internal teams. You will coordinate wind resource, load, tower & foundation design, and turbine main engine design to develop customer-focused solutions and support project acquisition.

You will also conduct market research in the Philippines and broader Southeast Asia, tracking policies and competitors to inform regional strategies and product

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant working experience; wind turbine OEM solution development preferred.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with customers and teams.
• Willing to travel frequently in Southeast Asia; based in the Philippines.

• Consolidate the overall system solution and present to customers.
• Be responsible for technical solution coordination and delivery; follow up project progress.
• Support market research and competitive intelligence analysis in the Philippines and Southeast Asia.

Job description

• Solution Preparation and Customer Demand Communication
• Work with the sales team to visit customers, communicate and clarify customer needs accurately, and feed back requirements to internal technical teams in a timely manner. Coordinate internal technical teams including wind resource, load, tower & foundation design, and wind turbine main engine design to develop corresponding solutions according to customer needs. Consolidate the overall system solution and provide it to customers.
• Technical Solution Coordination and Delivery
• Be responsible for the presentation, explanation and communication of technical solutions. Follow up project progress and ensure solutions meet customer expectations. Assist sales in project promotion and customer communication to support project acquisition.
• Market Research and Competitive Intelligence Analysis
• Organize and conduct technical and market research in the Philippines and Southeast Asia. Track local wind energy policies, industry trends, advanced technologies, new products and main wind turbine models. Collect and analyze competitor information, prepare industry and product benchmarking reports, and support regional market planning and product strategy.

Qualifications

• Work Experience, 3+ years of relevant working experience. Experience in solution development on the wind turbine OEM side is preferred.
• Communication & Interpersonal Skills, Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, able to communicate effectively with customers, internal technical teams and partners.
• Problem Solving & Coordination Ability, Strong ability to analyze problems and coordinate cross-departmental resources. Able to work efficiently under pressure.
• Language, Excellent written and spoken English (working proficiency).
• Geographic Adaptability, Willing to be based in the Philippines and travel frequently in Southeast Asia as needed.
