HR Network Inc. is seeking a seasoned Solutions Architect to translate complex business needs into scalable technology solutions in a client-focused environment.
The role requires deep expertise in end-to-end architecture, integration patterns, and pre-sales support to drive successful engagements and delivery across multiple projects.
Engage with clients to understand business needs and translate requirements into practical technology solutions.
Design end-to-end application and systems architectures that are secure, scalable, and aligned with business objectives.
Develop solution designs, technical documentation, integration approaches, and deployment recommendations.
Support pre-sales activities, including solution presentations, proposals, technical estimates, and proof-of-concept initiatives.
Define integration strategies using APIs, middleware, and other enterprise integration technologies.
Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance throughout project delivery and implementation.
Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to ensure successful solution design, delivery, and support.
Review technical deliverables and manage solution changes, risks, and architectural governance.
Ensure solutions comply with security, quality, and operational standards.
Identify opportunities to improve client solutions, promote best practices, and support business growth.
Bachelor e2 b88s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field; equivalent professional experience may be considered.
At least five (5) years of experience in solution architecture, application architecture, systems integration, software implementation, and technical consulting.
Experience in pre-sales, consulting, implementation, managed services, systems integration, and/or professional services environments.
Solid understanding of enterprise applications, business systems, APIs, integration patterns, databases, identity and access management, cloud or hosted environments, security, and operational support models.
Ability to prepare solution designs, proposal inputs, technical estimates, implementation assumptions, and delivery documentation.
Relevant industry certifications are advantageous
