Job summary

Tech Mahindra Philippines is seeking a Software Engineer – Integration to design, develop, and maintain API/integration solutions that connect diverse systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to capture requirements and implement robust data integration processes for accuracy and scale.

The role requires 5+ years in software engineering with integration expertise, strong .NET/C#, Angular, REST APIs, and data lake technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as a Software Engineer with integration expertise (5+ years).
• Strong backend development with .NET/C# and frontend skills with Angular.
• Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs and web services (SOAP).
• Familiarity with OAuth, JWT and API security concepts.
• Experience with relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and data modeling.
• Hands-on with version control (Git) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with data lake technologies (Azure Data Lake, AWS Lake Formation, BigQuery).

Responsibilities

Your Day-to-Day

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience) with strong proficiency in programming fundamentals.
• At least 5 years of proven experience as a Software Engineer with integration expertise.
• Strong experience with .NET (C#) for backend development
• Proficiency in Angular, HTML5, and CSS3 for frontend development
• Experienced with RESTful APIs, SOAP, and other web services.
• Knowledgeable in data integration tools and techniques (e.g., ETL processes, data mapping).
• Proficient in relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL), with the ability to model, build, and manage schemas, optimize performance, and create queries to meet integration requirements.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Understanding of OAuth, JWT, and other API security protocols.
• Experience with data lake technologies such as Azure Data Lake, AWS Lake Formation, or Google BigQuery.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

Work Setup

• Location: Ayala Ave., Makati City; Hybrid setup (2 days work‑from‑office weekly)
• Shift: Dayshift, Monday to Friday
