A renewable energy company in Rizal is seeking dependable Solar Installers to join their technical team. You will be responsible for installing solar panels and working with related electrical components. No prior experience is needed, and training will be provided. The ideal candidate should be physically fit, willing to learn, and able to follow instructions. Competitive salary and skills training are offered.

Responsibilities

• Install solar panels and mounting systems.
• Perform basic electrical work (wiring, conduit).

• Assist in loading/unloading, lifting equipment, and material handling.
• Coordinate with engineers and team leaders during installation.
• Perform system checks and clean-up after project completion.
• Support site preparation and final handover tasks.

Job Description

We are looking for hands-on and dependable Solar Installers to join our technical team. You will be responsible for the safe and proper installation of solar panels, mounting structures, and related electrical components. Experience is great—but willingness to learn and work hard is just as important.

Responsibilities

• Install solar panels and mounting systems on rooftops and ground mounts
• Perform basic electrical work (wiring, conduit, inverter mounting, etc.)
• Follow installation plans and safety procedures on site
• Assist in loading/unloading, lifting equipment, and managing materials
• Coordinate with engineers and team leaders during installation
• Perform system checks and clean-up after project completion
• Support team with site preparation and final handover tasks

Qualifications

• High school graduate or vocational course (TESDA NCII in Electrical or Solar preferred)
• With or without experience in solar installations (training can be provided)
• Physically fit and comfortable working at heights and under the sun
• Can read and follow instructions, diagrams, and measurements
• Hardworking, safety-conscious, and a strong team player
• Willing to travel and stay at project sites when required
