Full-time role requiring an engineering background and 3–7+ years of business development or project development experience. You will identify opportunities, build client and partner relationships, prepare proposals, and support negotiations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.
• 3–7+ years of relevant experience in business development or project development.
• Experience in renewable energy, solar, or related industries is highly preferred.
• Exposure to solar project development and EPC/energy infrastructure is a plus.
• Strong ability to translate engineering concepts into commercial solutions.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for solar and renewable energy projects.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, landowners, developers, investors, utilities, and government stakeholders.
• Support project origination through lead generation, market mapping, client engagement, proposals, and negotiations.
• Assess projects from technical, commercial, regulatory, and financial perspectives.
• Collaborate with engineering and commercial teams to develop project solutions.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective clients and opportunities.
• Present project concepts, commercial proposals, and business cases to clients.
