Job summary

Vena Energy Services (Australia) Pty Ltd seeks a PV Electro-mechanical Specialist to oversee construction, QA/QC/HSSE compliance, punch-listing, and test and commissioning for the Lasso-3 solar project. You will coordinate with multiple teams and external consultants to manage quality across several engineering disciplines.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering, 2+ years as a Project Engineer in solar construction, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
• 2+ years as Project Engineer in solar construction.
• Experience with QA/QC/HSSE and PV standards.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Willing to be relocated on site.

Responsibilities

• HSSE management: coordinate with site HSE Manager to monitor EPC contractors' HSSE performance.
• Inspect and ensure quality procedures in PV plant construction per method statements and ITPs.
• Accountable for quality of inverter station, mounting structures, modules, cables and grounding installations.
• Oversee test procedures, inspection schedules and adherence to procedures; coordinate QA/QC checks.
