Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Civil Engineering or related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in Philippine solar power plant construction.
• Understanding of solar construction permitting requirements.
• Proficiency with construction monitoring tools such as MS Project, Primavera, PERT/CPM.
• Willing to relocate on site; EPC or OE experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of renewable energy systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee QA/QC activities for PV power plant construction and verify compliance with method statements and ITPs.
• Coordinate HSSE monitoring with site HSE Manager and EPC contractors.
• Inspect and ensure quality of inverter stations, mounting structures, cables, grounding, and installation work.
• Lead tests, schedules, and audits across multiple teams; manage punch list items.
• Review materials for conformance to project specs; maintain QA/QC documentation.
