Vena Group is seeking a PV Electro-mechanical Specialist in the Philippines to work with various teams on the Lasso-3 solar project. You will oversee construction compliance, QA/QC, and ensure the quality of installations.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and has over 2 years of experience in solar construction. Knowledge of relevant standards and exceptional communication skills are essential. Willingness to relocate on site is required.

Qualifications

• More than 2 years of experience as Project Engineer in solar construction.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Thorough understanding of solar construction‑related permitting.

Responsibilities

• Manage HSSE performance and analyze EPC Contractor implementations.
• Conduct quality inspections and ensure compliance with methods.
• Supervise tests and coordinate quality checks with teams.
• Manage punch list items and ensure timely rectification.
• Maintain knowledge on QAQC standards and monitor application.
