The role requires strong electrical engineering background, PV system design expertise, and experience managing cross-functional teams through full project lifecycles. Global standards compliance and continuous improvement are key priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Professional Electrical Engineer license (REE or RME) preferred.
• 4–7 years in solar PV engineering; 3–5 years in leadership.
• Experience with grid-tied, Hybrid and off-grid solutions.
• Proficiency in PV design software and EPC processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design, engineering, and development of solar PV systems (rooftop and utility-scale).
• Review drawings, SLDs, layouts, and electrical designs for projects.
• Lead project execution from feasibility to commissioning.
• Ensure compliance with IEC, NEC, IEEE and other standards.
• Lead R&D to improve system performance and ROI.
