Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking an Engineering Supervisor to oversee delivery of construction-ready designs for rooftop, commercial, and utility-scale solar PV projects. You will lead and mentor the PV Design Engineering team, ensuring technical excellence, design efficiency, and consistency across projects.

You will drive cross-functional collaboration with engineering, sales, procurement, and operations, support recruitment, and champion process improvements using AutoCAD and PVSyst.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and valid PRC license.
• Minimum of 5 years in PV system design, with at least 2 years in leadership or supervisor roles.
