• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (tracking sheets, sorting, filtering, formulas)
• Experience scheduling and coordinating multiple people, jobs, or deliveries
• Comfortable communicating with customers by phone, email, and text
• Self-directed, precise, and consistently dependable
• Strong communication skills and a proactive follow-up habit

Responsibilities

• Manage the project tracking spreadsheet and keep every project record accurate and current
• Move each project through every stage to completion, following up on anything that stalls
• Enter project, customer, and job information accurately
• Schedule installation jobs and coordinate timing between customers and field crews
• Reach customers by email, text, and phone to confirm appointments and share project updates
• Coordinate with field crews on job assignments, schedule changes, and project status
• Track and coordinate material deliveries so supplies arrive on time for scheduled jobs
• Catch delays or missing information early and resolve them before they affect the schedule
