F5 Global Talent is hiring a Solar O&M Coordinator to support the operations and maintenance team of a U.S. solar energy company.

You’ll monitor solar-system performance and alerts, investigate inverter and communication issues, and coordinate troubleshooting with SolarEdge technical support, ensuring field technicians arrive on-site with a plan. This is a coordination and technical-support role — not a field technician position.

Formación

• Experience in coordination, dispatch, technical support, incident management, service coordination, or operations support.
• Strong organization and follow‑through.
• Ability to understand technical systems and troubleshooting processes.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Excellent documentation and record-keeping skills.
• Based in the Philippines.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor solar-system performance and alerts.
• Identify inverter faults, communication errors, and other system issues.
• Coordinate with SolarEdge technical support and track cases to resolution.
• Prepare troubleshooting summaries for field technicians before site visits.
• Maintain accurate records of alerts, investigations, support cases, and resolutions.
• Track open issues, deadlines, and technician follow-ups.
• Coordinate field-technician schedules and service activity.
• Prepare performance reports and handover notes.
• Support billing and administrative documentation related to service work.
• Communicate clearly with technical teams and internal stakeholders.

F5 Global Talent is hiring a Solar O&M Coordinator to support the operations and maintenance team of a U.S. solar energy company.

You’ll monitor solar-system performance and alerts, investigate inverter and communication issues, coordinate troubleshooting with SolarEdge technical support, and prepare clear summaries so field technicians arrive on-site with a plan.

This is a coordination and technical-support role — not a field technician position. You need strong organization, follow-through, technical aptitude, and the ability to turn system alerts and support conversations into clear next steps.

Prior solar experience is an advantage, but not required. The company is willing to train someone with strong coordination and technical-support experience.

This is a full-time, remote role for candidates based in the Philippines.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Monitor solar-system performance and alerts
• Identify inverter faults, communication errors, and other system issues
• Contact SolarEdge technical support and follow cases through resolution
• Prepare troubleshooting summaries for field technicians before site visits
• Maintain accurate records of alerts, investigations, support cases, and resolutions
• Track open issues, deadlines, and technician follow-ups
• Coordinate field-technician schedules and service activity
• Prepare performance reports and operational handover notes
• Support billing and administrative documentation related to service work
• Communicate clearly with technical teams and internal stakeholders

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Experience in coordination, dispatch, technical support, incident management, service coordination, or operations support
• Strong organization and follow-through
• Ability to understand technical systems and troubleshooting processes
• Strong written and spoken English
• Excellent documentation and record-keeping skills
• Comfortable using online platforms, spreadsheets, email, and digital tracking systems
• Ability to manage multiple open cases and follow each one through completion
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and proactively
• Based in the Philippines

NICE TO HAVE

• Solar-energy or renewable-energy experience
• Electrical-services or equipment-maintenance experience
• Experience coordinating field technicians or maintenance teams
• Service-ticket, work-order, or case-tracking experience
