Job summary

ib vogt GmbH seeks an experienced asset and operations manager to oversee all assets under management in RJ, CG, and GJ clusters, ensuring plant performance and customer satisfaction in line with the O&M agreement. You will act as SPOC for customers, coordinate with site managers, prepare reports, manage O&M contractors, and drive warranty, invoicing, and equipment spare parts across multiple sites.

The role requires 8–11 years in solar project development, strong communication, and hands-on

Qualifications

8–11 years of experience in Solar Project Development (Approvals and Permits).
Contract management experience and invoicing knowledge.
Experience with international solar projects and standards.

Responsibilities

Act as SPOC for customers in RJ, CG and GJ sites and coordinate with stakeholders.
Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly customer reports and annual generation reports.
Coordinate with O&M managers to monitor plant performance and maintenance.
Manage invoicing, payments collection, warranty issues, and contract compliance.
Support technical teams with site visits and punchlist creation for issue resolution.
