ib vogt is seeking a Land Acquisition Specialist for a project in Iloilo, Philippines. This project-based role supports development activities by liaising with landowners, screening sites, negotiating leases, and ensuring documentation and permissions are in place.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in land management, strong negotiation and communication skills, and experience with project and document management.

Qualifications

• Educational background suitable for the task.
• At least 2 years’ experience in land management or related field.
• Experience in contract negotiations and land acquisitions.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience in project and document management.
• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.

Responsabilités

• Screen new site locations with Project Development Managers.
• Represent the company to landowners and build relationships.
• Negotiate and execute land leases and purchase agreements.
• Assist with transmission line route assessment and land surveys.
• Maintain records of signed leases and registration processes.
• Foster relations with external stakeholders and government agencies.
