The position requires 3–5 years of land acquisition/real estate experience, strong negotiation and communication skills, and willingness to travel for fieldwork, including Tanauan City, Batangas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 3–5 years of work experience in land acquisition, real estate development, property negotiation or similar role.
• Willingness to travel and conduct fieldwork (Tanauan City, Batangas).

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate potential land acquisition opportunities aligned with development strategy.
• Negotiate with landowners and secure favorable purchase terms.
• Coordinate due diligence: title verification, survey, environmental assessments, permitting.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure land acquisitions are technically, financially, and legally sound.
• Build relationships with landowners, brokers, and LGUs; monitor industry trends and regulatory developments.
