Job summary

Upgrade Energy Philippines (UGEP) is seeking a Key Account Officer to join our growing team and lead joint venture sales with Aboitiz Power, delivering embedded solar power proposals to ECs and DUs.

You will be the technical SME on client visits, assess site feasibility, assist in pricing and pre-feasibility analyses, and coordinate early-stage development to move projects from pitch to implementation, while traveling frequently across target areas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with REE license.
• 1–3 years of hands-on solar power industry experience.
• Knowledge of SLDs, grid integration, and Philippine power sector.
• Willingness to travel frequently for site visits and meetings.

Responsibilities

• Lead joint venture sales and provide technical support during client visits.
• Assess site feasibility and assist in pricing and pre-feasibility analyses.
• Coordinate early-stage development and liaise with external partners/clients.
• Draft technical proposals and maintain project records.
