Job summary

Fiberhome Philippines is seeking a dynamic field-sales professional to promote solar solutions through door-to-door visits and customer engagements in Cavite and nearby areas. You will educate clients on solar tech, prepare compelling proposals, and drive monthly targets while coordinating with the technical team for smooth installations.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, proven sales experience, and excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree to grasp technical concepts.
• Proven sales experience, preferably door-to-door or field sales.
• Knowledge of the solar industry is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, persistent, and comfortable with fieldwork.
• Residing in Cavite or nearby areas required for daily operations.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and proposals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct door-to-door sales and customer visits to promote solar solutions.
• Educate potential clients on solar technology, cost savings, and installation process.
• Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to project pipeline growth.
• Coordinate with the technical team to ensure seamless handover from sales to installation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers for referrals and repeat business.
• Report sales activities, leads, and conversions to management regularly.
