Job summary

BMG Solar in the Philippines seeks a capable Technical Sales Engineer to lead installation, commissioning, maintenance and business development of solar panel systems for residential and commercial clients. This hands-on role requires safety adherence, timely reporting, and collaboration with the sales team to identify leads during site work.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Industrial Technology or related technical field.
Physically fit and able to work at heights, rooftops, crawl spaces.
Must have a valid driver’s license and can drive a four-wheel vehicle.
Knowledge of safety standards and PPE protocols.

Responsibilities

Lead installation, commissioning, repair and maintenance of solar panels for clients.
Perform work in rooftops, attics, crawl spaces while following PPE and safety rules.
Conduct site inspections to assess installation conditions and recommendations.
Prepare and submit timely service and expense reports.
Perform other duties as assigned by the head.
