Job summary

MNLeistung Inc. is seeking a QA Analyst to join our team in the Philippines. You will analyze business requirements, document workflows, and contribute to QA improvements while collaborating with developers and stakeholders to resolve issues.

The role emphasizes hands-on testing, regression cycles, and ensuring smooth software implementations for clients. Ideal candidates have 6–12 months of QA experience, familiarity with SDLC/STLC, and basic scripting knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or related field.
• 6-12 months of progressive QA experience.
• Experience with HRIS/Procurement/CRM/ERP is a plus.
• Familiarity with SDLC and STLC, including agile, iterative and waterfall.
• Basic test case design, execution and defect tracking with Jira, TestRail or Selenium.
• Basic knowledge of Java or Python and scripting (Shell, PowerShell) is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team with minimal supervision.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new testing tech.
• Any software testing certification is a plus.
