Qualifications

• 3+ years in IT support, IT asset management, or license administration.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to respond promptly to customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Enter PO requests and process license provisioning and deprovisioning.
• Collaborate with global teams and procurement to renew licenses and obtain quotes.
• Maintain accurate license records and generate usage/cost reports.
• Monitor license utilization and identify underused licenses.
• Provide first-level support for license access issues and licensing questions.
