Job summary

Avaloq AG in Manila is seeking a Software Engineer to design, develop, maintain and support business‑critical CLM/CRM applications for our clients. You will investigate production issues, enhance existing functionality, and ensure system reliability and performance across our platforms.

You will collaborate with Business Analysts, Service Managers, Product and Project Delivery teams to deliver scalable, maintainable solutions and to continuously improve applications used by clients.

Qualifications

• Design, develop, maintain and support business‑critical applications and services in CLM/CRM.
• Investigate and resolve production issues to ensure reliability and performance.
• Collaborate with analysts, managers, product and delivery teams throughout SDLC.

Responsibilities

• Ensure stable, reliable operation of CLM/CRM and integrated third‑party apps.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents and complex issues.
• Design, develop, test and implement high‑quality code fixes.
• Perform root cause analysis and drive permanent resolutions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Maintain and enhance existing applications to meet evolving requirements.
• Support testing activities including UAT and integration testing.
• Maintain technical documentation and promote knowledge sharing.
