BairesDev, a global software company, is seeking a Software Engineer specialized in DevSecOps to embed security into the software development lifecycle. In this role you will help teams ship secure code through modern CI/CD practices while maintaining velocity.

You will lead security automation initiatives across pipelines, collaborate with engineering, and influence the security posture of our delivery ecosystem. This is a 100% remote position with flexible hours and international opportunities.

Qualifications

4+ years of experience in DevSecOps, Application Security, or Software Engineering.
Proven expertise in integrating security automation into CI/CD pipelines.
Hands-on experience with SAST, DAST, and dependency scanning tools.
Proficiency in container scanning and implementing policy-as-code enforcement.
Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

Design and implement automated security scanning in CI/CD to detect vulnerabilities early.
Perform SAST/DAST analyses to identify and remediate flaws.
Automate dependency and container scanning for third-party risks.
Develop and enforce policy-as-code to maintain security standards.
Collaborate with engineering to share security best practices.
Monitor security posture of the delivery pipeline via automation.
