BairesDev is seeking a Software Engineer (CircleCI) to design, implement, and maintain production-grade CI/CD pipelines through CircleCI. The role emphasizes creating reusable CircleCI orbs and optimizing pipeline performance, enabling scalable delivery across distributed teams.

You will collaborate with a global engineering group, work remotely, and benefit from flexible hours and competitive compensation in USD. Strong English communication is required.

Qualifications

• Design, implement, and maintain production-grade CI/CD pipelines using CircleCI.
• Develop and manage reusable CircleCI orbs to standardize automation across multiple projects.
• Optimize pipeline parallelism and resource allocation to minimize build times and increase throughput.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate automated testing and security scanning into delivery workflows.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex pipeline failures to maintain high developer productivity.
• Ensure the stability and scalability of the CI/CD infrastructure through continuous monitoring and improvement.
