DTN is seeking a Software Engineer to troubleshoot, maintain, and enhance existing software systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability across critical business applications.

In a SCRUM-based Agile environment, you will collaborate with Product Manager and cross-functional teams to resolve issues, write tests, and drive improvements while supporting business continuity and timely releases.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with React.js.
• Experience with Node.js, Typescript, and AWS is a plus.
• Familiarity with Gitlab, CI/CD and issue-tracking tools such as Jira.

A Software Engineer is responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and enhancing existing software systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability. By resolving technical issues, implementing updates, and providing timely solutions, they minimize downtime and ensure the smooth operation of critical business applications. Their role directly impacts the company’s ability to maintain customer satisfaction, reduce operational disruptions, and support business continuity, helping the organization meet its goals without technical setbacks. What you will be responsible for

• Troubleshooting, developing, maintaining, and enhancing existing software systems
• Collaboratively learning, evaluating, and improving existing systems and their documentation

• Handling maintenance tasks affecting source code
• Collaborate with Product Manager
• Contribute to the optimization and continuous improvement of the software development process
• Function in a SCRUM-based Agile environment requires the frequent release of functional code

What you will bring to the role

• 2+ years of working with React.js
• Experience with Node.js, Typescript, and AWS technology is a plus
• Working knowledge with Microsoft C# is a plus
• Familiarity of Gitlab and has working knowledge with CI/CD
• Familiarity with Jira or any issue tracking tool
• Familiarity with Confluence or any collaborative content workspace
• Effective communication skills with cross-collaborative teams
• Diligence, persistence, and attention to detail
• Desire to learn, help others learn, and grow your technical skills
• Enthusiasm for technology and your team

• The targeted hiring base pay range for this position is between PHP 78,333 and PHP 104,500 monthly
• DTN is a pay-for-performance organization, which means there is the opportunity to advance your compensation with performance over time
• The actual base pay offered for this position will be dependent upon many factors, including but not limited to: prior work experiences, training/education, transferable skills, business needs, internal equity, and applicable laws
• The targeted hiring base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future
• This role may also be eligible for market-competitive variable pay and benefits
